Fari Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application Fari and any related services, websites, APIs, or other offerings provided by Fari, Inc. ("Fari," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, downloading, accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
1.1 Account.
"Account" means the user account you create to access the Service.
1.2 User Content (UGC).
"User Content" or "UGC" means any content you provide, upload, post or transmit through the Service, including text, photos, videos, comments and messages.
1.3 Virtual Items.
"Virtual Items" means non-tangible goods or in-app currency available for purchase or use within the Service.
1.4 Paid Features.
"Paid Features" means any feature, subscription or service within the application that requires payment.
1.5 Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is a separate document that explains how we collect, process and protect personal information.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering an Account you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 Accurate Information.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete registration information and to update such information when necessary.
2.3 Account Responsibility.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your Account.
2.4 Unauthorized Access.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.
3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
3.1 Lawful Use.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3.2 Prohibited Activities.
Users must not engage in activities including but not limited to harassment, fraud, impersonation, or distribution of illegal content.
3.3 Platform Integrity.
Users must not attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
4. Minors and Child Protection
4.1 Age Restrictions.
The Service is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
4.2 Minor Protection Policy.
We take the safety of minors seriously and actively monitor reports related to potential minor involvement.
4.3 Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Any content involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation is strictly prohibited. Such content will be immediately removed and reported to relevant authorities and child protection organizations.
4.4 Reporting Mechanism.
Users are encouraged to report suspected violations involving minors through the in-app reporting tools.
5. User Generated Content (UGC)
5.1 Content Responsibility.
Users are solely responsible for the content they create, upload, or share on the platform.
5.2 License to Use Content.
By posting content you grant Fari a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display and distribute such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Service.
5.3 Copyright Compliance.
Users must ensure that they own or have permission to use any content they upload.
5.4 Moderation and Enforcement.
We reserve the right to remove, restrict or disable content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
5.5 Liability for Content.
Fari is not responsible for user-generated content posted by users.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Platform Ownership.
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including design, trademarks, software and branding, belong to Fari or its licensors.
6.2 Limited License.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Paid Features and Recharge
7.1 In-App Purchases.
Certain features of the Service require payment through in-app purchases.
7.2 Virtual Goods.
Virtual items purchased within the Service are for entertainment purposes only and have no real-world monetary value.
7.3 Payment Processing.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as the Apple App Store or other payment platforms.
7.4 Refund Policy.
Refund requests are handled according to the payment platform's policies and applicable laws.
7.5 Billing Disputes.
Users should contact customer support to resolve billing issues before initiating chargebacks.
8. Subscriptions
8.1 Subscription Plans.
Some services may be offered through recurring subscription plans.
8.2 Automatic Renewal.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
8.3 Cancellation.
Users may cancel subscriptions through their device's app store account settings.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
9.1 Personal Data.
The collection and processing of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy.
9.2 Security Measures.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information.
9.3 User Rights.
Users may request access, correction or deletion of personal information as permitted by law.

These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Safety and User Interactions
11.1 User Responsibility.
Users are responsible for their interactions with others on the platform.
11.2 Offline Meetings.
Fari does not control or assume responsibility for interactions that occur outside the application.
12. Service Availability
12.1 Platform Changes.
We may update, modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
12.2 Maintenance.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades or technical issues.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
13.1 As-Is Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13.2 No Guarantees.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 Indirect Damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fari shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
14.2 Liability Cap.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the Service during the previous twelve months.
15. Indemnification
15.1 User Obligation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fari and its affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
16. Account Suspension and Termination
16.1 Termination by User.
Users may delete their Account at any time.
16.2 Termination by Fari.
We may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
16.3 Post-Termination Effects.
Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
17.1 Governing Law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the company operates.
17.2 Dispute Resolution.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will first attempt to be resolved through good faith negotiation before formal legal proceedings.
18. Modifications to the Terms
18.1 Updates.
We may update these Terms periodically.
18.2 Continued Use.
Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. Electronic Communications
19.1 Consent to Electronic Notices.
By using the Service you consent to receiving electronic communications including notices and policy updates.
20. Miscellaneous
20.1 Entire Agreement.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Fari.
20.2 Severability.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
20.3 No Waiver.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
